Exciting opportunity for a Project Director to take the lead and be responsible for the overall leadership of the project management process for this well-respected business. You will work with a range of local and luxury international brands that will provide you with a creative and exciting workload. You will lead from the front and motivate the team to deliver at a high standard by mentoring staff and having a hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate
- 10 + years of experience in the Construction industry
- Experience across shop fitting, interiors or light commercial
- Knowledge of NZ build methodology
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
- Great leadership skills and people management
- Ideally have experience in leading a team of Project Managers
- Good with processes and coming up with new ideas
