My client is a trusted and highly reputable property developer and investor that is seeking to bring on a Project Administrator to provide administrative support to the Development and Project Management teams on a fixed-term contract through to July 2024. 

The Project Administrator will ensure the administrative function of the projects runs smoothly, supporting the team to ensure the development projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an administration superstar who is keen to support and contribute to a team delivering on a significant pipeline of developments.

In this role you will
  • Support the Project Management team from an administration perspective
  • Set up and manage budgets and invoices
  • Set up and manage Workspaces and Teams areas for projects
  • Compile internal project update communications
  • Compile and issue consultant engagement agreements
  • Process Delegated Authority forms
  • Tracking continuity warranties and contract guarantees
  • Compile and report monthly project Health and Safety summary
  • Diary management of the Projects team
  • Assist the Marketing Team to organise team and agent events
  • Support the Marketing Team with content for Development proposals
Experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to approach problems with initiative will set you up for success in this role.
  • Experience in a previous administration role or a tertiary
    qualification in Property or Project Management is
    desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, report writing, and high attention to detail are essential.
  • A current and valid drivers license is required for this role
