This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consultancy in a newly created role as Project Administrator. This award-winning consultancy prides itself on delivering bespoke Project Management solutions to a range of private and public sector clients throughout the country, acting as the client's representatives throughout the project life cycle.

This is a supporting role to a team of Senior Project Managers providing professional and effective support across projects for a variety of asset classes including industrial, defence, commercial, office and education.

The tasks of your role will include but not be limited to: 
  • Day-to-day project administration support to the Senior Project Managers and Associates
  • Minuting of various meetings (H&S, PCG meetings, design meetings)
  • Assisting with stakeholder correspondence and email enquiries 
  • Collecting and preparing required information for Council as required 
  • Keeping the project spreadsheets and database up to date
  • Assisting the team to keep projects on programme and to budget 
Skills and attributes required: 
  • Competent with Microsoft Office 
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • A team player, while also able to work autonomously 
  • Sound communication skills

This role will see you working with a collaborative team, who all enjoy a laugh while working in a busy industry. This would suit someone who can run in parallel with busy Project Managers and use their initiative to keep the project progressing.
