This is a supporting role to a team of Senior Project Managers providing professional and effective support across projects for a variety of asset classes including industrial, defence, commercial, office and education.

The tasks of your role will include but not be limited to:
- Day-to-day project administration support to the Senior Project Managers and Associates
- Minuting of various meetings (H&S, PCG meetings, design meetings)
- Assisting with stakeholder correspondence and email enquiries
- Collecting and preparing required information for Council as required
- Keeping the project spreadsheets and database up to date
- Assisting the team to keep projects on programme and to budget
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A team player, while also able to work autonomously
- Sound communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and professional
