Key Responsibilities -
- Driving new business growth, identifying opportunities, and cultivating strong client relationships to expand market share.
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives, interacting with a diverse set of private and public property sector clients.
- Overseeing project and programme development, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Leading end-to-end project delivery, including planning, design management, procurement and construction oversight.
- Providing specialist project services, such as commercial risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Leading project teams with a focus on quality, timeliness, and commercial viability.

You will bring:
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects in desirable asset classes;
- Depth of industry connections and trusted relationships across clients, consultants and builders;
- A proven track record in client management, business development and growth;
- Strong commercial acumen to deliver or oversee projects at all phases;
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills;
- A tertiary qualification in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field, and
- A passion for innovation, excellence, and delivering impactful solutions.
