Assemble are working with a well-regarded Property Asset Management firm on their search for a Commercial Property Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Highly autonomous in nature this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of their Wellington portfolio, reporting into the National Director and Head of Facilities Management based in Auckland.
About the role:
Day-to-day management and lease administration, ensuring strong tenant satisfaction and accurate recording of data
Oversee planned and preventative maintenance across the portfolio
Prepare concise monthly management reports and support the finance team with reconciliations
Ensure all rent reviews are undertaken in accordance with the requirements of the lease.
Developing and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders not limited to tenants, landlords and the wider property team
To be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Property or related discipline is preferable
2+ years of Commercial Property Management experience
Good communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills for working on a variety of duties
A highly customer/client-focused individual who strives for excellence
