Assemble are working with a well-regarded Property Asset Management firm on their search for a Commercial Property Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Highly autonomous in nature this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of their Wellington portfolio, reporting into the National Director and Head of Facilities Management based in Auckland.

About the role:
- Day-to-day management and lease administration, ensuring strong tenant satisfaction and accurate recording of data
- Oversee planned and preventative maintenance across the portfolio
- Prepare concise monthly management reports and support the finance team with reconciliations
- Ensure all rent reviews are undertaken in accordance with the requirements of the lease.
- Developing and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders not limited to tenants, landlords and the wider property team
- Bachelor’s degree in Property or related discipline is preferable
- 2+ years of Commercial Property Management experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills for working on a variety of duties
- A highly customer/client-focused individual who strives for excellence
