To continue providing a high level of satisfaction and quality service to their tenants, the opportunity for a Leasing Manager to join the team has arisen.
  
The Role
  
The purpose of the role is to effectively manage facilities of Samson Corporation. Providing effective, timely, and compliant delivery to Tenants and all other Samson Corporation stakeholders.
  
Key responsibilities of the role include, but aren’t limited to:
  • Manage compliance contract, ensuring BWOF certificates are issued on time and compliance schedules remain current. Liaise with the compliance agent to coordinate updates on Samson’s behalf. Ensure all specified systems are added / removed as required and maintain the compliance billing spreadsheet to reflect any changes.
  • Monitor building consents for landlord building upgrade works and tenants undertaking fit-out works. Ensure that CCC’s are obtained in a timely manner and all relevant documentation is tracked and recorded accurately.
  • Manage building works as required
  • Ensure all make-good obligations are completed at the end of each tenancy to the required standards before handover.
  • Audit contracts and workmanship. Complete on-site audits as required.
  • Maintain accurate contractor database.
  • Reconcile jobs and purchase orders with invoices.
  • Budget, review and forecast maintenance contract costings.
  • Monitor maintenance items for repeat failure and recurring issues.
  • Create purchase orders and jobs when required.
  • Undertake tenancy inspections as required.  
About You
  • A tertiary qualification in Property or similar field would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Demonstrable experience in facilities management, with good knowledge of building practices and contractor networks
  • Effective communicator both written and oral with internal and external clients.
  • Be a and problem solver, showing initiative and ability to make decisions while working autonomously.
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills including MS Office.
