About the Role
The primary function of this role is to lead and develop the national property strategy and provide strategic advice to the business on its property portfolio.
This role will manage a team of 6 who are responsible fleet, facilities, asset functions and security communications centre functions (including repairs and maintenance).
The Property Lead Manager will set, develop, and manage the national asset management and capital development plan.
The ideal candidate will:
- Extensive experience in commercial or educational property development or asset management
- Demonstrated ability in overseeing compliance of multi-site properties
- Proficiency in contract management
- Ability to manage and lead a team of 6
- A bachelor’s degree level qualification
