The Role
The purpose of the role is to provide leasing administration in an accurate and timely manner ensuring all legal requirements are met, and to manage marketing activities to promote our properties.

The Role
The purpose of the role is to provide leasing administration in an accurate and timely manner ensuring all legal requirements are met, and to manage marketing activities to promote our properties.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but aren’t limited to:
- Screen and qualify prospective tenants, while showing properties and explaining lease terms and conditions
- Liaise with tenants and all external parties to negotiate terms and conditions of Agreements to Lease, ensuring all agreements comply with legal and company requirements
- Maintain accurate leasing records, tracking expiries and renewals, and ensure all rental review processes adhere to the legal requirements of the Deed of Lease
- Market and promote available properties to attract prospective tenants, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to enhance marketing efforts, while maintaining the company website and property listings.
- A tertiary qualification in Property or similar field would be beneficial, but not essential
- Demonstrable experience in commercial leasing, with the ability to negotiate effectively and drive transactional outcomes
- Effective communicator both written and oral with internal and external clients.
- Be a and problem solver, showing initiative and ability to make decisions while working autonomously.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills including MS Office.
