They are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects from inception through to completion, providing clear leadership and timely decision-making to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through all phases, from early design to construction and closeout
- Lead design coordination and management
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting
- Monitor construction progress and manage project risks
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- 3–6 years of project management experience in New Zealand, preferably within a consultancy or client side environment
- Exposure to healthcare, education, commercial, or industrial projects
- Strong skills in design management and construction understanding
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead project delivery
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Property, or a related discipline
