Our client is a leading Auckland-based project management consultancy renowned for delivering complex and significant projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial and industrial. This team of experienced project managers provides quality services to the construction industry, steering project teams and facilitating great outcomes for their clients and stakeholders.
They are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects from inception through to completion, providing clear leadership and timely decision-making to achieve cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects through all phases, from early design to construction and closeout
  • Lead design coordination and management
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting
  • Monitor construction progress and manage project risks
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
About You:
  • 3–6 years of project management experience in New Zealand, preferably within a consultancy or client side environment
  • Exposure to healthcare, education, commercial, or industrial projects
  • Strong skills in design management and construction understanding
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead project delivery
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Property, or a related discipline
