The role focuses on developing technical skills in land development and infrastructure design across Auckland.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to major development project design work
- Preparing detailed engineering drawings and documentation
- Supporting senior engineers with project delivery
- Conducting site investigations and assessments
- Assisting with client presentations and meetings
- Quality control of design documentation
- Infrastructure design and planning support
- Liaison with Auckland Council and local authorities
- Technical report writing and preparation
- Tertiary engineering qualification (BE Civil or equivalent)
- 3-6 years experience in civil engineering, preferably in land development
- Experience with Auckland land development projects (preferred)
- Proficiency in Civil 3D or 12D
- Working towards CPEng registration or eager to commence
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of NZ engineering standards and practices
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
- Full driver's licence
