A leading multidisciplinary consultancy that offers land development, planning, civil engineering, surveying, architectural, land contamination and ecological services is looking for an Intermediate Civil Engineer to join their Auckland Team.
The role has come about due to a strong pipeline of work built on the back of delivering high quality results for loyal clients.
This consultancy has over 50 years of experience in the design and delivery of complex land development, infrastructure, and subdivision projects across the commercial, residential, and rural asset classes for private sector clients.
The successful candidate will get to work on projects ranging from high end golf courses and nearby subdivisions, through to large scale and complex commercial and retail projects for some of the most well-known businesses in the world, as well as renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities
This all encompassing role will give you great exposure to the broad and varied elements of land development including site monitoring, general civil design, resource consent preparation and contract preparation,
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Plans, designs and showing initiative on civil engineering projects.
-Preparing reports, specifications, and engineering calculations on civil projects
-Construction and site monitoring
-Using CAD, design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents using AutoCAD and 12D. Experience with 12D Synergy would be a bonus.
-Drafting, Stormwater detention and treatment design and flood assessments
Requirements
-BE, Diploma, BSurv or RPSurv
-1-5 years of NZ Land Development experience
-Working knowledge of AutoCAD and 12D
-Stormwater detention and treatment design and flood assessment experience are desirable but not a prerequisite.
