Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and design calculations to develop comprehensive engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met and regulatory compliance is maintained.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
