They are looking to recruit a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Administrator (HSW) to work closely with and support the lead Manager across their project portfolio.
  
About the role:
Keeping their people and broader teams on site safe is crucial. Being an ambassador for the discipline, the business is looking to grow their health and safety capabilities.
  
Reporting to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager and project team, you will be a vital part of driving and influencing change on site, assisting with delivering outcomes which are in line with business and client objectives.
  
You will be assisting with integrating HSW best practice disciplines into day to day work activities and helping to establish positive behaviours around zero harm outcomes.
  
Tasks include:
  • Reporting incidents to the client
  • Assisting with preparation of HSW reporting
  • Helping prepare SSSP’s
  • Assisting with overseeing training registers and administration
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Business intelligence tracking and reporting
  • Assisting with managing H&S stock
  • Preparing H&S signage and site safety folders
  • General administration
  
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years practical application and implementation of H&S process and disciplines, take a enthusiastic and collaborative approach to your work, demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail with good capabilities in excel and word.
  
This role will give you the opportunity to assist with making a real difference on site, facilitating strong accountability and assisting with problem solving of H&S challenges across sites and projects. You will be provided with training, support and career progression down the line.
