The role
This role will be working closely with the Senior Estimator but also you will be given full autonomy to deliver creative and exciting projects. You will be part of the shopfitting and joinery team and duties will include pricing the building of shopfronts, internal walls, back of house areas, floor build-up prep, ceilings, bulkheads, entry structures etc.

The ideal candidate
- 3 - 4 years experience in the industry as an Estimator
- Experience across shop fitting, interiors or light commercial
- Knowledge of NZ build methodology
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
- Proven estimating skillset
- Good with negotiation and understanding of the construction lifecycle
