A high-end property development company with projects in Wellington and Auckland, is looking for a Project Manager keen to move into a Development Manager role based out of their central Auckland office.

Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate the provision of services necessary for the delivery of projects.
- Ensure construction contracts are undertaken within agreed budgets and program timings.
- Oversight of the development engineering and construction drawings to ensure suitable contract documentation.
- Manage all contractors and consultant services and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Work collaboratively with the other internal company departments.
- Liaise with local government and other authorities to obtain all necessary approvals.
- Maintain progress reports and provide reporting as requested
- Ensuring that all employees and contractors understand and accept their responsibility to promote a safe and healthy workplace.
You will also have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Have an eye for identifying new opportunities and turning those opportunities in to reality.
- Working closely with external stakeholders while managing the design, procurement, and tendering of projects.
- Managing the project programme and that all contractors and sub-contractors are working to timeframes set.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to produce high quality reports.
