My client is a trusted and well-known and extremely reputable property developer and investor that is seeking to bring on a Development Administrator to provide administration support to the Property Development and Project Management teams.

To be successful in this role you will have a keen interest in the property development industry, you will be Degree Qualified and have around 1-2 years of experience within an administration function.

This is an excellent opportunity to use your degree and administration skills in a role that may provide, in time, the opportunity to develop into a Project Manager with one of New Zealand’s leading property developers.

In this role you will
  • Support the Development & Project Management team from an administration and finance perspective
  • Assisting in leasing documentation and managing associated internal and stakeholders
  • Health and Safety reporting
  • Setting up and managing project associated budgets
  • Purchase Order and invoice data management and processing
  • Assisting Feasibility management and monthly reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ideally have a tertiary qualification
  • Business support and administration experience ideally within Property or Construction. This could have been completed part-time during university and you may be a recent Graduate
  • Strong IT literacy with Microsoft and associated software’s
  • The desire to develop your career within Development and Project Management
