The role
This Client-Side Project Manager position presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across infrastructure and vertical construction. This portfolio covers infrastructure new builds and upgrades, renovations, interior fit-outs, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of Project Managers, you'll join with a focus on achieving great project results.

Your responsibilities will include driving projects forward through active engagement with all stakeholders, overseeing PCG meetings, managing finances and reporting, involved in design processes, proactively assessing potential risks, and ensuring projects meet both deadlines and financial targets.

This role requires someone who is a seasoned professional that will be able to hit the ground running and make an impact straight away. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and quick decision-making skills are essential. If you're seeking a new challenge, this role is genuinely exciting and not one that arises frequently!

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • 8 years plus working in a client side or consultancy role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with live environments and the operations and regulations that come with this.
