The Role
Great opportunity to work Client Side and have the ability to make decisions and drive processes forward. You will work closely with the Head of Property and have accountability on project delivery for the company.

They have a large property portfolio and have $75M work of work across new build, refurbs, fits out and upgrades for you to hit the ground running on! 

Your role will be to deliver these projects from concept to completion. With duties across feasibility analysis, development and construction programs, design management, tenders, contractor management, financial reporting and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5+ yrs Project Management experience
  • Construction, Architecture or Engineering degree desired
  • Natural leadership capabilities possessing honesty and integrity 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to drive projects forward
  • Proven project delivery with a good skillset across design and stakeholder and risk management 
  • Passionate about construction and enthusiasm to work on a variety of projects
