The Engineering Team Manager will be responsible for:
  • Providing comprehensive operational and people leadership to a team of 25+ engineering professionals
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and technical capabilities
  • Managing complex land development and infrastructure projects from concept to completion
  • Driving technical innovation and maintaining the highest professional standards
  • Leading client relationship management and business development initiatives
  • Mentoring and coaching engineering staff to support their professional growth
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality technical solutions
  • Maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and health and safety protocols
Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an exceptional engineering leader with:
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in land development and infrastructure engineering
  • Proven track record of technical leadership and team management
  • Civil Engineering degree and Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status - would be ideal but isn't essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational management capabilities
  • Ability to balance technical complexity with commercial acumen
