As Assistant Project Manager, you will:
The ideal experience will include a relevant Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction qualification, 3-5 years' experience, the ability to interact with clients and stay actively involved in meetings and progress, a passionate and motivated attitude, and ideally connections to the industry - including professional bodies such as ACE, NZPI, Infrastructure NZ, Engineering NZ, or PMI equivalent.

- Maintain, manage and document all project reports and statements
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of projects to meet agreed timeframes
- Help facilitate team and client meetings effectively including holding status meetings regularly
- Manage procurement and contracts
- Assist with risk management through the design and construction lifecycle alongside seniors
- Support the Senior PM with consultation interface with relevant stakeholders
