Mainland brings together a unique set of skills which includes experience in property investment and development, fund and asset management, investment banking, structured finance, and law.

These include opportunistic, value add and core funds across the major sectors. With a focus on continuing investment and development, the need has arisen for an accomplished property professional to join its ranks as an asset manager.

The Role

The purpose of the Asset Manager is to manage and administer a portfolio of high-quality property assets to maximise optimal long-term performance through active asset management ensuring net rental return and capital growth are maximised and occupancy and lease terms are optimised.

The Person

It is expected the successful candidate will possess the following:
· A minimum of 5 year’s commercial property experience
· A relevant tertiary qualification
· Ability to work autonomously
· Ability to generate and manage new business
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong financial and analytical skill sets, with an understanding of property investment and development
