Role Overview:
As the Account and Administration team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. This position is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience in accounts and administration, eager to expand their skills and contribute to a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Handling invoicing and billing tasks
  • Assisting with payroll and financial reporting
  • Coordinating office supplies and inventory management
  • Providing administrative support to team members
  • Organising meetings and managing schedules
  • Handling general office duties such as making coffees, grocery shopping, and setting up platters for team events.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 1-year of experience in account and administration roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to handle various responsibilities as needed
