- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Handling invoicing and billing tasks
- Assisting with payroll and financial reporting
- Coordinating office supplies and inventory management
- Providing administrative support to team members
- Organising meetings and managing schedules
- Handling general office duties such as making coffees, grocery shopping, and setting up platters for team events.
- Minimum of 1-year of experience in account and administration roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
