Assemble is working with an NZ private property owner to secure a key person for the running of their commercial property portfolio. Due to expansion, this person will oversee and be responsible for a substantial portfolio of all asset classes.
To support in the management of both their established and continually expanding portfolio, they are seeking to strengthen their in-house team with the recruitment of a senior commercial property manager.
This is a superb opportunity for someone currently operating as a commercial property manager, to gain exposure and associated career progression from the higher-level strategic aspects of portfolio management. The Person
It is expected the successful candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of 5 year’s commercial property experience with a knowledge of managing property, applying cogent property management principles
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to manage relationships and lead presentations to investors
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong financial and analytical skill sets, with a focus on property investments and developments
