This specialist kiwi-owned consultancy is looking for a senior Project Manager to join them at the heart of their project delivery team across commercial fit-out projects in Auckland.
They are enthusiastic, front runners with continued ongoing success over the past 20-years and a healthy pipeline of work lined up for 2023. They provide quality results with a tailored, personal approach and have strong relationships formed with both local and global clients, as well as government sector organisations.
This role will see you delivering seamless end-to-end project management services across luxury commercial fit-out projects.
You will be working alongside a dynamic and innovative team of in-house architects and interior designers, collaborating to deliver creative, state-of-the-art projects for a broad range of respective clients.

You will be working alongside a dynamic and innovative team of in-house architects and interior designers, collaborating to deliver creative, state-of-the-art projects for a broad range of respective clients.
You will need to:
- Ensure completion of the project in a timely manner and within the budgetary limits.
- Manager resources in conjunction with managers
- Maintain, manage and document all project reports and statements
- Facilitate team and client meetings
- Keep directors and superiors informed of project progress and cost status
- Client management – effectively work with team and managers to ensure relevant communication with the client is done
- Understand cost-to-completion projections and assist in making decisions accordingly.
- Degree qualified – architecture, construction management, building science
- 4+ years experience working in a consultancy or client representative project management role
- Able to demonstrate project delivery ideally in interior fit-outs across a variety of asset classes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills dealing with the demands of the client while working with designers and contractors on site.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
