The ideal candidate will be
- Experienced in end to end delivery of various projects with a strong construction background
- The ability to foster and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, consultants, contractors and partners
- Generate new work that fits within the company's strategy
- Manage the project programme and cost plan along with productivity
- The ability to analyse complex technical information to provide advice to a wide range of audiences
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with all the project specific policies and procedures
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, i.e:, Construction, Project Management, Civil Engineering
- Demonstrate expertise and capability with NZS3910 contract
