The role

They are in search of a Senior Project Manager to hit the ground running with a motivated team on a secured project portfolio. In this role, you'll engage in high-profile projects contributing value to the Canterbury region. Your responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery and management of new builds, refurbishments, and fit-out projects, catering to clients within an exciting portfolio while working along side industry experts who are there to give you guidance.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant construction qualification is desired.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, diligent and with an eye for detail.
- Experience in delivering a range of building projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Client facing experience and comfortable with running meetings.
- Experienced with NZS3910 contract management
- Positively contribute to the internal team and seek to add value.
- Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
