As Senior Investment Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling property investment transactions end-to-end. This includes strategic analysis, market engagement, and integrating investment decisions into PMG’s product suite. You’ll gather market intelligence, challenge and refine deal sourcing strategies, and provide insights that shape fund strategy and product development.

The Role
As Senior Investment Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling property investment transactions end-to-end. This includes strategic analysis, market engagement, and integrating investment decisions into PMG’s product suite. You’ll gather market intelligence, challenge and refine deal sourcing strategies, and provide insights that shape fund strategy and product development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with identifying and assessing new property acquisition opportunities.
- Building relationships with market participants to ensure robust deal flow.
- Developing financial models and scenario analyses for acquisitions and divestments.
- Coordinating transaction processes, due diligence, and negotiations.
- Preparing papers for governance forums.
- Ensuring seamless onboarding of new assets and alignment with fund mandates.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in property, finance, or business.
- 3–5 years’ experience in property investment, transactions, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, organised approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
