Job description

Assemble Recruitment are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take on the management of a key clients sizeable property portfolio, ensuring the day to day operational management of the facilities in order to deliver a first class service clients and customers alike. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all FM services, ensuring services are delivered promptly, efficiently and within specifications.
  
About the Role:
  • Responsible for the delivery and cost-effective FM service across a portfolio of corporate and retail premises.
  • Management of annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, maintaining and reporting on spend in conjunction with clients and the wider team.
  • Implement and execute planned and preventative maintenance schedules in line with agreed budgets, coordinating maintenance requests and small projects alike.
  • Attend meetings with the clients, the wider team, tenants, and contractors periodically as part of standard reporting, negotiation and decision making.
  • Responsible for portfolio compliance including BWOF, management of the HSE program and ongoing contractor safety requirements.
  
About You:
  • 3+ years’ experience within property, preferably with strong knowledge of best practice facilities management principles across a multi-site property portfolio.
  • Good understanding of financials, specifically budget preparation, managing portfolio to a budget, fulfilling reporting requirements, project, and service-related financial management.
  • Strong customer service ethic and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
