Centuria NZ, part of the ASX-listed Centuria Capital Group, is a leading property funds manager focused on the delivery and management of high quality investment offerings in the New Zealand market. They are currently looking for a senior level Asset Manager to join the business working across a significant portfolio of assets.
With a highly experienced in-house team that actively manages a $2.3bn portfolio of industrial, retail, office and healthcare assets throughout New Zealand, they provide investors with a range of single and multi-asset investment opportunities. Their investors receive attractive returns through a combination of monthly income and capital growth. These results are underpinned by an active asset management strategy that focuses on ownership of medium to large scale, strategically positioned, high quality assets with long WALTs and strong tenant covenants.
The Role
The purpose of the Asset Manager at Centuria is to strategically manage a portfolio of high-quality property assets on behalf of investors to ensure optimal long-term performance. The role will lead the overall strategy for the assets, including overseeing tenant relationships, lease performance, capex development and ongoing asset maintenance.
It also has a strong investor facing/investor communications aspect to it as the Asset Manager is the main touchpoint for investors with their investment.

The Person
It is expected the successful candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of 7 year’s commercial property management experience including clear strategic asset management experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to confidently manage tenant and investor relationships and lead presentations to investors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial and analytical skill sets, with a focus on property investments and developments
