- Cost planning and pre-contract cost management
- Preparing and reviewing tenders, estimates and pricing
- Contract administration and progress claims
- Subcontractor negotiations and procurement
- Cost reporting, forecasting and financial control
- Value engineering and risk mitigation
- Liaising with clients, designers and contractors to manage costs and outcomes
- Presenting cost reports and project updates to stakeholders
- Established consultancy with secured project workload
- Exposure to a wide range of sectors and project types
