About the Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Site and Project Management Teams on all financial aspects of the project.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial planning and project set-up
- Working with operational teams on construction methodologies and programs
- Managing subcontractor claims and variations
- Tender management and procurement
- Cost reporting, reconciliations, and final accounts
- Client engagement, site visits, and supporting health & safety compliance
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor (intermediate level) within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of project financials, tendering, and variations management
- Ability to build trusted relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Collaborative working style with excellent communication skills
- A focus on quality, safety, and exceeding project deliverables
- Drive to mentor and support junior team members, while growing your own career
