They are a team of highly effective consultants working in partnership with their clients across the healthcare, residential, industrial and commercial sectors of construction.

The role
This role will work closely with well-respected industry professionals on an exciting range of projects across residential, commercial, industry, healthcare and more! You will be given the autonomy to drive projects forward while having mentorship to develop.

The right candidate will have
- Relevant industry qualification in Quantity Surveying
- PQS or Main Contractor experience
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Integrity in business dealings at all times – ability to create and maintain trust
- Technical skills – negotiating, settling, understand a construction program
- Knowledge of CostX would be highly regarded but not essential
