Job description

There is significant current and future investment being directed by both public and private sector clients in which this company will heavily participate in, allowing for a very healthy forward pipeline in Hamilton and the wider Waikato region.

This office is looking for a Project Manager to work closely on leading the successful delivery of this construction. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the Auckland development team and be exposed to learning Development Management. 

You will work on education - schools and tertiary, healthcare, commercial, residential and more.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Project Managers, local Director and Auckland business owners with business development, growth strategy and high level project delivery. Key Selection Criteria as follows;
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, i.e:, Construction, Project Management, Civil Engineering
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the company, including identifying any business opportunities which make sense 
  • Excellent experience in understanding and managing construction contracts 
  • Direct, monitor and control all aspects of projects from start through to post-project completion 
  • The ability to manage relationships and stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • The ability to analyse complex technical information to provide advice to a wide range of audiences
  • The ability to pull together clear ideas and conclusions from large amounts of technical data
  • Experience leading programmes of work within government led funding & private investment 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
