My client is a boutique fitout consultancy with a clear purpose to create modern, inspirational workspaces that transform the way people work together. Specialising in design-led office fitouts, they partner with a loyal base of repeat clients, from fast-growing businesses to large corporate organisations.
With continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they’re looking for a Project Manager to join their close-knit Auckland team. You’ll take full ownership of project delivery, including cost planning and budget management, working closely with clients, designers and contractors to deliver interesting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of fitout projects
- Take full responsibility for pricing, procurement, cost control and budget reporting to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Coordinate timelines, documentation and on-site activity
- Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Build long-term relationships through consistent, high-quality client service
- 3–4+ years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management role
- Proven ability to manage budgets, cost plans and financial reporting independently
- Experience delivering fitout projects in New Zealand
- Strong communicator with a confident, proactive approach to client and contractor coordination
- Relevant tertiary qualification (construction management, property, engineering or similar)
- Be part of a small, hands-on team that values quality and relationships
- Work on considered, design-led projects with engaged and repeat clients
