The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Project Manager to join their Waikato team. This position will see you working across a range of projects in the region, with a focus on education, healthcare and aviation.
You’ll be supported by Senior Project Managers and Project Directors on larger-scale programmes while also taking responsibility for your own portfolio, delivering projects from concept to completion. This is an excellent role for someone with solid consultancy experience who is ready to step into a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running, while still benefiting from ongoing development and learning opportunities.

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 3–5 years’ proven project management experience in New Zealand, ideally within consultancy or client-side environments
- A relevant qualification in construction, engineering, building science, or similar
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through all phases, from inception to delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and confident client-facing skills
- The ability to balance independence with teamwork – proactive, professional, and collaborative
- A positive and personable approach, with a genuine appreciation for strong workplace culture
