Our client is a leading international Property Consultancy who have a strong reputation in the commercial property market across the world but particularly here in New Zealand. They partner with global, high profile clients that provide a secure pipeline of future work and the chance to work on creative, universal and attractive projects.
This role will sit within the Project Delivery team who are very close-knit but will also have the opportunity to work closely with other service lines across the business. A great opportunity for someone who thrives in a entrepreneurial and inclusive culture!
The role
This role will be working closely with the Director of Project Management and become a big part in the teams growth and success. You will hit the ground running on a number of high profile projects which will see you well into 2022. These will be a range of creative and interesting fit outs, refurbishments and some new build across the commercial sector.

The ideal candidate
You will have the ability to hit the ground running with delivering projects from concept through to completion and thrives in a high performing team.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, i.e:, Construction, Project Management, Civil Engineering
- Excellent experience in understanding and managing construction contracts
- Direct, monitor and control all aspects of projects from start through to post-project completion
- The ability to manage relationships and stakeholder engagement at all levels
- The ability to analyse complex technical information to provide advice to a wide range of audiences
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
