The role
They are looking for a Project Coordinator who will work closely with senior management across the region. You will support Project Managers on high-profile projects that are adding value to Christchurch while working alongside respected industry professionals.

The role
They are looking for a Project Coordinator who will work closely with senior management across the region. You will support Project Managers on high-profile projects that are adding value to Christchurch while working alongside respected industry professionals.
This will include:
- Assist through the project lifecycle including the design phase from the resource consent to building consent and the construction phase
- Assist with any relevant documentation and administrative needs the team require
- Managing and developing relationships and growing in the role while working on good projects
- You will focus on assisting with the successful delivery and management of new build, refurbishment and fit out project services to clients across an exciting portfolio.
This role is suitable for someone who is early on in the coordinator career and looking to upskill and continue learning whilst receiving guidance OR for a smart and ambitious individual who can get in, hit the ground running and make the role theirs.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- 1 + years delivery experience in a construction project coordination or administrator role
- A good understanding of the construction industry
- Excellent attention to detail and able to absorb a sea of information
- Willingness to learn and eager to develop your career
- Good communication skills
