The Role
As Project Analyst (Fixed Term), you’ll provide analytical, project management, and operational support for a major strategic project and related funds and investor offers. This role is critical in delivering high-quality insights, supporting reporting and compliance, and enabling smooth execution of project workstreams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering timely and accurate project insights and analysis.
- Supporting forecasting, modelling, feasibility, and cost-benefit analysis for transactions and offers.
- Coordinating project plans, action logs, and risk registers.
- Preparing materials for investor communications and meetings.
- Assisting with reporting to the Executive Team, Investment Committee, and Board.
- Contributing to process improvements and future-state systems development.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, property, business, or economics.
- Experience in financial analysis, project support, or investment analysis—ideally within property or funds management.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with advanced Excel and modelling skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
