This company is well known for its’ luxurious apartments and townhouses and as Lead Architect some of your key objectives will be:
- Develop projects from scheme to concept, through detailing and design changes.
- Guiding the Architecture team on various projects, producing documentation, using Autodesk Revit software.
- Knowledge of Programs to help Documentation utilising Bluebeam, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Microsoft office
- Assisting with coordination of documentation with various consultants throughout the building consent stages of a project
- Review and coordinate Construction detailing
- Review architectural drawings with services and structural drawings
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Proven working experience as an architect
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and New Zealand relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (REVIT and Enscape}.
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Communication and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills including a good command of written and spoken English.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Passion for Auckland, its’ communities and bringing a generous and holistic view to the development of the region.
