This company is well known for its’ luxurious apartments and townhouses and as Lead Architect some of your key objectives will be:
  • Develop projects from scheme to concept, through detailing and design changes.
  • Guiding the Architecture team on various projects, producing documentation, using Autodesk Revit software.
  • Knowledge of Programs to help Documentation utilising Bluebeam, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Microsoft office
  • Assisting with coordination of documentation with various consultants throughout the building consent stages of a project
  • Review and coordinate Construction detailing
  • Review architectural drawings with services and structural drawings
 
The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Proven working experience as an architect
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and New Zealand relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (REVIT and Enscape}.
  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
  • Communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills including a good command of written and spoken English.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Passion for Auckland, its’ communities and bringing a generous and holistic view to the development of the region.
  
This role pays a salary of $120-150K per annum depending on level of experience.
