The role
This will be a junior role within the Wellington office and will work closely with senior management and other PM's across the region. You will assist on a range of projects, providing administrative support, contract management, guidance around risk and issues relating to the execution of projects. In this role you will focus on projects including but not limited to, new builds, refurbishments, seismic upgrades, commercial office, and more.  
  
What the right candidate will look like: 
  • 1-2+ yrs construction industry experience 
  • Industry recognised degree qualified - Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Building Science 
  • A natural people person, possessing honesty and integrity 
  • Excellent both verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to absorb a sea of information 
  • Proven administration experience within construction or property
