The Role
As Investment Analyst, you’ll support the Investment Manager and wider team in delivering accurate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Highbrook Partnership and other strategic initiatives. The Role
As Investment Analyst, you’ll support the Investment Manager and wider team in delivering accurate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Highbrook Partnership and other strategic initiatives. This role combines technical modelling with commercial insight, providing exposure to portfolio management, valuations, and capital transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining detailed cashflow models and forecasts.
- Preparing annual budgets and forecasts using Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Supporting analysis of leasing deals, capex, and portfolio performance metrics.
- Assisting with valuation reviews and validating key assumptions.
- Preparing investor reporting and Investment Committee papers.
- Undertaking market research and economic analysis to inform investment decisions.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree in property, commerce, or a related field.
- At least two years’ experience in property investment, corporate finance, or valuation.
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills; Yardi experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, insightful analysis.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
