Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans that optimise facilities and tenancy performance.
- Overseeing portfolio-wide facilities management, driving excellence in maintenance, compliance, and risk management.
- Leading tenancy design and coordination services to deliver future proofed best-in-class fitouts.
- Driving bold sustainability initiatives, incorporating ESG principles into every facet of operations.
- Managing capital works programmes and supporting leasing initiatives with technical expertise.
- Leading a high-performing team to pioneer new possibilities, push boundaries and deliver innovative solutions.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience in facilities management and property operations across a range of asset classes.
- Extensive leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex transactions.
- A relevant property or equivalent qualification.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
