Head of Facilities and Tenancy Delivery

Location: Auckland (Head Office)

Lead strategic facilities and tenancy delivery for Kiwi Property’s premium portfolio.

The Role
As Head of Facilities and Tenancy Delivery, you’ll provide strategic oversight and leadership across facilities management, tenancy delivery, and design services. Your mission is to unlock the full potential of our assets, set new benchmarks for operational excellence, and deliver every project with precision—on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans that optimise facilities and tenancy performance.
  • Overseeing portfolio-wide facilities management, driving excellence in maintenance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Leading tenancy design and coordination services to deliver future proofed best-in-class fitouts.
  • Driving bold sustainability initiatives, incorporating ESG principles into every facet of operations.
  • Managing capital works programmes and supporting leasing initiatives with technical expertise.
  • Leading a high-performing team to pioneer new possibilities, push boundaries and deliver innovative solutions.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Extensive experience in facilities management and property operations across a range of asset classes.
  • Extensive leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex transactions.
  • A relevant property or equivalent qualification.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in sustainability programmes, health and safety leadership, and capital project delivery will be highly regarded.
