Client Details
Due to growth in the Auckland office an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join the team.  Working in the industrial team you will be responsible for the management and delivery of multiple projects across New Zealand all at different stages of the lifecycle ranging from $5 - 50 million.

About you
You will have significant project delivery ideally within the commercial and industrial sectors and will be able to ensure that the projects are running on time, and that quality and cost are at held at the core of this role.

Your responsibilities will see you being involved in projects from concept to completion and will include managing and developing design briefs, cost management, coordinating project resources, managing the design process and contract management.

You will have a strong track record of experience working in a construction, consultancy and/or client-side project management or site management role and will be able to lead from the front on all these large industrial projects.

A tertiary degree in Project or Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building, is a must along with 5 + years' related work experience managing and delivering commercial style projects ranging from $5 million +

Excellent construction contract management and hands on experience in brownfield projects is ideal.

  • Management and execution of Lease Agreements
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
