The role:
This is an exciting role due to its variety and scope. You will be able to leverage your Building Surveying skills to deliver on a range of challenging and interesting projects. The team is lucky enough to have some of NZ's best in all service lines, so you will be working alongside some of the best in the industry. This role will see you carrying out a range of duties across building inspections, preparation of schedules of condition, dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration, maintenance programmes and project management from concept through to completion. 
You experience and skills will include: 
  • 3 - 5+ years delivering in a relevant sector
  • ​Experience in client facing building consultancy services 
  • Proven risk and stakeholder management 
  • ​Degree qualified in building surveying or construction management 
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with clients 
  • Great communicator with excellent written skills
