The Role
The purpose of this role is to effectively manage building compliance and reinstatements across Samson Corporation’s portfolio. You’ll ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery to tenants and stakeholders, while supporting the Property & Operations Manager and collaborating with contractors and internal teams.

The Role
The purpose of this role is to effectively manage building compliance and reinstatements across Samson Corporation’s portfolio. You’ll ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery to tenants and stakeholders, while supporting the Property & Operations Manager and collaborating with contractors and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing compliance contracts, BWOF certification, and maintaining compliance schedules
- Coordinating reinstatement works, make-good obligations, and tenancy inspections
- Monitoring building consents and CCC documentation for landlord and tenant works
- Overseeing fire evacuation drills and acting as chief building warden
- Auditing contracts and workmanship, reconciling invoices, and managing budgets
- Maintaining contractor database and supporting planned maintenance programmes
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer focus
- Demonstrable experience in facilities or compliance management
- Highly organised with attention to detail and intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to work autonomously, show initiative, and problem-solve effectively
- A team player with adaptability and willingness to learn
