We’re working with a privately owned, design-led shared workspace that’s home to a creative, professional community. The role? To take the reins as Workspace Manager – someone who thrives on running a space like it’s their own business.

You’ll be across everything:

Building great relationships with members and guests
Managing the day-to-day operations of the space
Taking ownership of budgets, suppliers, and financial reporting
Supporting marketing and events that keep the place buzzing
Rolling up your sleeves to make sure things run seamlessly, every day

This isn’t a corporate role – it’s for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working in an environment where no two days look the same.
We’re looking for:

A natural multitasker with strong commercial nous
Excellent people skills – the kind that build real community
Someone comfortable balancing financial oversight with hands-on hospitality
A proactive operator who gets stuff done (and enjoys it)
