Workspace Manager

Job description

We’re working with a privately owned, design-led shared workspace that’s home to a creative, professional community. The role? To take the reins as Workspace Manager – someone who thrives on running a space like it’s their own business.

You’ll be across everything:
  • Building great relationships with members and guests
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the space
  • Taking ownership of budgets, suppliers, and financial reporting
  • Supporting marketing and events that keep the place buzzing
  • Rolling up your sleeves to make sure things run seamlessly, every day
This isn’t a corporate role – it’s for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working in an environment where no two days look the same.
We’re looking for:
  • A natural multitasker with strong commercial nous
  • Excellent people skills – the kind that build real community
  • Someone comfortable balancing financial oversight with hands-on hospitality
  • A proactive operator who gets stuff done (and enjoys it)
