                    You’ll be across everything:
- Building great relationships with members and guests
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the space
- Taking ownership of budgets, suppliers, and financial reporting
- Supporting marketing and events that keep the place buzzing
- Rolling up your sleeves to make sure things run seamlessly, every day

- A natural multitasker with strong commercial nous
- Excellent people skills – the kind that build real community
- Someone comfortable balancing financial oversight with hands-on hospitality
