Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of projects across the Dunedin area, including: land development, roading, general site works projects.
- Coordinate with clients to manage project programming, resourcing, and delivery.
- Lead tender and estimates preparation.
- Manage contract administration including progress claims, subcontractor agreements, and accurate reporting of work in progress.
- Maintain a strong health and safety culture.
- Maintain positive client relationships and identify future work opportunities.
