With offices across the country and a strong reputation for delivering accurate, reliable, and insightful advice, they partner with clients to actively manage costs, mitigate risk, and maximise project value.
As part of their continued and strategic growth, they are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Auckland team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a well-established business that is expanding both in its current regions and into new markets.
In this role, you’ll be working across a range of major projects, providing high-level cost management expertise while mentoring and supporting junior team members. You’ll be client-facing, contributing to the delivery of successful project outcomes, and playing a vital role in maintaining and growing strong client relationships.

Key Selection Criteria as follows;
- Desired qualifications include an industry-related qualification and certification (e.g., MRICS or MNZIQS).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a quantity surveyor, commercial manager, estimator, or a similar senior role.
- Consultancy experience preferred, with 3-4 years operating in a senior role already.
- Strong leadership skills and competence in negotiation and client relationship building.
- Demonstrates professionalism and earns the respect and trust of all stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
- Displays determination and focus in pursuing goals, even in the face of opposition, and ensures personal objectives align with company goals.
- Holds experience in people leadership.
- Proficient in analysing, summarising, and presenting technical information.
