My client is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Property Manager to join their team based in Christchurch. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties while working alongside a collaborative, supportive team.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in commercial property management or transferable experience such as Body Corporate management. You’ll need to be confident managing a portfolio, building strong relationships with tenants and landlords, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.

Key Skills & Attributes:
 
  • Prior experience in commercial or industrial property management
  • Proficiency with property management software and reporting tools
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
  • High levels of initiative, self-management, and reliability
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
