An opportunity has arisen for an intermediate property manager to come on board and progress their career within one of New Zealand’s most well-regarded property businesses.

The responsibilities under this role may include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure capex programs are managed effectively in conjunction with the Facilities Manager whilst identifying opportunities to create revenue and positive impact for the portfolio and its clients.
- Prepare annual business plans including income and expenditure forecasts, asset strategies and due diligence information for prospective sales.
- Assist the Portfolio Manager in developing and implementing strategic initiatives while keeping abreast of property market trends and relevant regulatory and legislative changes.
- Manage monthly reporting, administration of leases ensuring compliance and collection of income and maintaining an accurate tenancy schedule.
In order to fulfil the duties of the role, the preferred candidate will possess the following attributes:
- 3-5 years Commercial Property Management experience or similar.
- A Property degree, preferably from an accredited NZ university, while not essential is preferred.
- Strong relationship and communication skills.
- Understanding of the property market, feasibility analysis and property investment fundamentals.
